You can remove any media that is saved in the following two personal libraries:
- My Scenes-contains slides that you have saved as scenes.
- My Media- contains images that you have uploaded OR images from Powtoon libraries that you have used in past Powtoons.
Note:
Although this article uses images as the example for removing media, the guidelines provided are relevant to scenes as well.
To remove media from a personal library:
- Click the Media tab and then My Media.
- Locate the image or video that you want to remove.
- Hover over the three dots in the image thumbnail's bottom right corner and then click the Remove image icon.
If you are removing a video that has been shared, you will have the option to view the teams that the media object has been shared with
If the image is shared with other teams, hover over Show teams to see the names of the teams.
4. When you are certain that the image can be removed, click Remove. The image will be removed.
Note: Removing an item from your personal library does not automatically remove it from any Powtoon where it has already been used. The item will no longer be available for future use from that library.
