🎭 Choose Your Avatar and Voice Before Your AI Video Is Generated

You now have more control over your Anything-to-Video creations.

When generating a video, you can choose both the avatar and AI voice before the video is created, making it easier to customize your content from the very beginning.

What's new?

🧑 Choose your avatar
When you select the Presentation with Avatars style, you can choose from six avatars before generating your video. Hover over each avatar to preview it, then select the one that best fits your content.

🎙️ Choose your AI voice
After your script is generated, you can select from six AI voices using the voice picker. Listen to each voice before making your choice, so you can find the one that best matches your presentation.

If you've selected an avatar, Powtoon will automatically recommend a matching voice to help you get started.

This update is available for Enterprise and self-serve users, giving you more creative control and helping you generate videos that better match your style and message from the very first draft.

🎙️ Meet the New Voiceover Panel

Managing AI-generated voiceovers is now easier than ever.

Introducing the Voiceover Panel—a dedicated workspace where you can review, edit, and regenerate voiceovers for your Anything-to-Video projects, all in one place.

When you open an Anything-to-Video project, the Studio now opens directly to the Voiceover Panel, making it simple to manage every voiceover without switching between different panels.

What's new?

• View voiceovers by slide – Voiceovers are organized by slide and playback order, complete with timestamps.
• Edit and regenerate with ease – Update the voiceover text and regenerate individual voiceovers in just a few clicks.
• Manage each voiceover – Download, duplicate, delete, swap, or adjust ducking settings from a convenient menu.
• Stay in sync – Selecting a voiceover in the panel automatically highlights the corresponding clip on the timeline.
• Automatic ducking – Audio ducking is enabled by default and remains on, even after regenerating a voiceover.

This is the first of several enhancements we're bringing to the Voiceover Panel. Stay tuned for upcoming features, including per-voiceover voice selection, editable voiceover timing, bulk voice updates, and avatar settings—all designed to give you even more control over your AI-generated videos.
