You can rotate any text box in Powtoon Studio to any angle you need. This article explains how to use the rotate handle to change the orientation of a text box on the stage.
Before you start
You must have a text box already added to your slide. If you have not yet added text, click the Text option in the left panel to insert a text box onto the stage first.
How to rotate a text box
1. Click the text box
2. Locate the Rotate Arrow 
3. While pressing the mouse, rotate the text box to the desired degree.
Note:
As you rotate the text box, the degree of rotation will be displayed on the screen.
