You must be the owner of the Powtoon in order to cancel the sharing.
After you have shared a Powtoon with a team, you can cancel the sharing and remove a team's access to a Powtoon.
- Go to the Powtoon Workspace.
- In your Toolbox (My Powtoons), locate the Powtoon that you want to unshare.
► If the Powtoon was not saved recently, you will need to click View all to see all your content.
- Click the three dots by the Powtoon and then select Share with team.
- Toggle the switch to the left to select the team (or teams) with which you want to unshare your Powtoon.
- Click Apply.
The Powtoon is no longer shared with the selected team and it will be removed from the Workspace of all the team members.
