Sharing Slide Templates with Your Team

If you would like the Powtoons you and your team create to have a consistent look and feel, you can share slide templates with your colleagues. In so doing, you'll ensure consistent branding and also save valuable time.
 
The shared templates are saved in a library that can be accessed by all team members.

Step 1: Saving the Slide as a Scene

You need to have Team Admin or Org Admin permissions in order to perform this step.
  1. Locate the slide you want to save as a scene

  2. Click on the 3 dots, and select Save Scene.

    At this point, the Slide will be saved as a Scene in the My Scene section

  3. Locate the scene you want to share with your team, click on the 3 dots and click the Share symbol 2023-02-23_14-43-46.png

  4. Choose the team you want to share the scene with.

  5. Click Share.

  6. The Scene can now be seen by all users in the team, in their shared media folder
