How to Reset Your Password

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
  1. Enter your email address and then click Reset My Password.
  1. In the email that you receive, click Change Password.
  1. Enter your new password details:
    1. Type your new password. The password must have:
      » at least one lowercase letter
      » at least one uppercase letter
      » at least one number
      » at least one symbol
      » 8-50 characters      
    2. Retype your new password.
    3. Click Change Password.


 
The new password is confirmed and you can log in immediately to your account.
