How to create a zoom-out effect on an object

Use Camera Effects to quickly add a zoom-in effect to your slide.

Adding a Zoom-Out Effect

1. Select the slide you wish to add the zoom-in effect on.
2. Click the Camera Icon . 
   
    
3. Position the camera frame to the Start of your Zoom-out Effect. In our example, we will zoom out from the two sitting characters, to reveal the entire slide.
   
    
4. Click on the Add Camera Animation Icon .
   
    
5. Position the new camera frame on the slide, where the zoom-out should end. In the image below, the zoom-out will end on after revealing the entire slide.
   
    

6. Adjust the start and end time of the camera movement, to determine how fast or slow your zoom-in effect should be.
   The shorter the duration of the effect, means a faster zoom-in.
   The longer the duration of the effect, means a slower zoom-in
   
   In the example below, our zoom in effect will last 2 second.
