How to remove music from a Powtoon or your music library

You can remove music in two ways: unlink it from a specific Powtoon, or delete it permanently from your personal music library. This article covers both tasks.

1. On any slide in your Powtoon, click the sound control button.

The music is removed from the entire Powtoon. The file remains available in your My Music library.

Note: Clicking Clear removes the music track from all slides in the Powtoon, not just the slide you are currently viewing.

1. Select the Audio tab and then My Music.

2. Locate the music file that you want to remove.

3. Hover over the three dots next to the file name to display the trash icon.

4. Click the trash icon. The following message will be displayed:

5. Click Remove to confirm that you want to delete the file permanently.
   The file will be removed.
