Why is Powtoon adding AI Credits
Since we began launching our AI Image product line, a number of AI features like Text to Image, AI Captions, Doc to Video and more have been available to try out without the need for a credit package. In the last two years, we have added many new AI features to the Powtoon Platform.
Powtoon Enterprise Credits offer:
- Streamlined Access to AI tools with a unified credit system
- Flexible Usage across a variety of AI-powered features
- Simple Management with credit tracking at the admin level

How many credits will my organization get?
In order to streamline the Credit launch, existing organizations will be gifted credits to ensure a seamless transition into the new credit system. Users that are designated as an Organization Admin can reach out to their CSM, or contact enterprisesupport@powtoon.com for more information.
I've already purchased AI Avatar Minutes, what will happen to those?
Avatar Minutes that have been purchased for your organization, will be converted to Enterprise credits.
Credit Usage per Feature
Credit are deducted by using any of the features below.
